Our partnerships are supporting and championing people on the frontlines who are at the heart of delivering care. These include doctors, nurses, midwives, informal and formal care givers. Together, we explore and activate innovative long-term solutions to build their capacity to further improve health and well-being in vulnerable populations.

Our partners are organisations committed to making a long-term impact to those working on the front lines of care and share aligned missions and values with Johnson & Johnson.

Since the launch of EMEA Partnerships back in 2014, the GCI EMEA team has been committed to working with Operating Companies and Johnson & Johnson entities to shape and co-create social impact partnerships providing new opportunities to strengthen and transform health systems. These partnerships are co-funded (50/50) by Johnson & Johnson and their Operating Companies in the EMEA region. All these partnerships are funded for up to three years to ensure sustainable and measurable outcomes and impact.

Maskrosbarn is a partner of the Trust and the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in Sweden. The partnership supports the organization’s intervention to increase resilience of formal and informal caregivers for youth whose parents have drug, alcohol or mental illness problems.

Designated Funds are funds which are 100% financed by Johnson & Johnson EMEA entities, but which are managed by the Trust to ensure integration and alignment with the GCI Strategy and a standardized measurement of impact.
