Navina Paul Co-founder Potluck,Guyana

Navina Paul is a recent graduate of the University of Guyana's School of Medicine. She was raised in a humble, single parent home with a mother who always emphasized the importance of reading and helping others. In 2017, Navina co-founded an NGO called "Potluck", which works to alleviate issues that affect youth, homeless and impoverished people.

As a doctor, it is Navina’s goal to revamp health leadership in Guyana and to advocate for equal access to good healthcare and for improvement in the quality of health services offered to our citizens.

“A lot of people took a chance on me and gave me opportunities to elevate myself from rather difficult circumstances. It is now my duty to make sure that those investments pan out by helping everyone that I am able to help. I can change the world by changing how people think of themselves and each other because if we are all able to put ourselves in each other’s shoes, we would be better human beings.”
