Empowering Change
on the frontlines of health

Mental Health UK supports people affected by mental health problems including friends, family and carers. Working across the UK, the organization brings together over 40 years of expertise from its four national founding charity partners to improve understanding and provide vital care. Support groups are core to Mental Health UK’s work. They are run by volunteers with experience of living with mental health problems and aim to reduce the isolation of the local members. Mental Health UK also offers mental health and money advice and a digital platform with information about mental health and mental illness and how to seek support.
